With the Roll-on Roofing System, Marko introduced the concepts of the Automotive Industry into Civil Construction. Within this concept, different modules use the same platform, so as to serve the various use needs. Marko's technical department used the traditional model as the basis for a family of new products focused on demand on the market, while maintaining the basic features of the system unchanged.
Mass production, serial fabrication and the concept of interchangeable parts allow complements and installations such as zenith lighting, thermo-acoustic insulation, industrial fans, running ducts through the roofing, among others, these being used in all the models and applied in the same manner, with no improvisations.
No improvisation means that in the Roll-On Roofing System these solutions are not provided for one project or one work, rather, they are foreseen in the system. When any of these needs is required, all the details for its perfect execution are there, as all the components of the system come prepared to handle these situations, irrespective of their existence or not.
Varying only the height or separation of the modules, we obtain the Roll-On family. There are various models, capable of overcoming different spans and loads, according to the needs of a project, so that the constructive details that complement the product are always compatible.
Generally speaking, cantilevers with a length of up to 30% of the span can be admitted.
