Roll-on has introduced exclusive features in the concept of metallic roofing. The concept of roofing system is expressed in the integration of the structure and the roof, regarding the roofing as a whole, rather than as separate parts, as used to be the case.
Sole Concept:
Roll-On is an integrated system of structure and metallic roofing. It consists of trusses laid out in parallel in modular form, on top of which, two by two, continuous coils of coated steel are unrolled (galvanized, zincalume or pre-painted), with no joints, holes or overlaps, creating channels running the whole length of the roof. It is a watertight system, highly-safe, allowing slopes of up to 1%.
Elastically-contained sheets
Coils of coated steel (galvanized, zincalume or pre-painted), which are unwounded on the structural modules, forming continuous channels for carrying water, with minimum lowering.
Structural Module
Beams or trusses of coated steel (galvanized, zincalume or pre-painted), laid out side-by-side and draged to one another by transversal parts, forming a practically level plane.
The Design of the Roll-On Roofing System is comprised of standardized and interchangeable parts, fitting together perfectly, easy to ship and store, manufactured with all the holes necessary for the installation of any complementary material.
